Message	those flaps is not opening (bad elec motor), there is one motor on the drivers side of the box and two motors underneath the box. if you run a diagnostics it might tell you which motor is not working. i suspect this valve is not opening for you. in order to get heat this valve has to be towards the fire wall (the spring has to be stretched). read these instructions and take a look at the position of your valve.
